Hamilton Black have won the ProDrive Junior Pennnants for 2017. Morrinsville Golf Club hosted the Finals Day on Sunday 28th May with four teams battling it out for this years honours. The format of best 3 of 5 stableford scores combined would see Hamilton Black win by 3 points over the Riverside team.

Seiga Ikemura leading the Hamilton team with and impressive 41 points backed up with Zahraa Bester on 39 points and Jack Carrigan the third counter on 38. This would give them a final total of 118 points for the day and the ProDrive Shield to be the 2017 Champions.

In a close second place were the boys from Riverside Golf Club. Hot rounds from Jacob McInnes 42 points and Jake Clare on 41 points with Ethan Price the third counter on 32 would see them claim the runners up prize with the total of 115 points. 

Congratulations to all the players for representing their clubs and a huge thankyou to all the Junior Convenors, Parents, Grandparents, Guardians for your support and helping your players at each round! A big shoutout must also go to ProDrive golf for their continued support with this competition.
